Client Experience Manager
£40,000 + 25% bonus 
Basingstoke

As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations, delivering an exceptional client journey while ensuring commercial targets and operational standards are met. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll lead from the front managing client relationships, overseeing site teams, and driving both revenue and retention.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and key departments, with line management responsibility for Assistant Business Centre Managers and Maintenance Operatives where applicable. Travel between sites may be required.

The Role:
  • Ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of your site(s), delivering a best-in-class experience for all clients.
  • Own the client journey from first contact through to renewal ensuring every touchpoint reflects our high standards.
  • Drive occupancy and ancillary revenue by identifying opportunities to upsell and enhance value for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, local authorities, and community partners.
  • Lead and support your on-site team, including reception, maintenance, and administrative staff.
  • Monitor and manage your site's P&L, ensuring targets for revenue, expenditure, and Net Operating Income (NOI) are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee monthly invoicing, billing accuracy, arrears management, and renewals within set timelines.
  • Execute the local marketing strategy in collaboration with central teams to drive brand awareness and footfall.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies at all times.
