Senior CRM Marketing Executive - Global Entertainment - FTC

City – 1 day in the office per week

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Executive to join a globally renowned entertainment company in a brand new role, on a FTC.
You will be responsible for the development of a new CRM system for all B2C engagement across international markets, working closely with key stakeholders in brand communications, ecommerce and digital content.

The Role:
- Coordinate all B2C CRM activity across all stakeholders
- Create and optimize lifecycle, resign journeys and automations based on continual data analysis
- Segment customer data via progressive profiling and other tactics to develop highly targeted and personalized campaigns
- Maintain database to ensure all B2C campaigns are compliant with GDPR
- Work with the Paid Marketing Executive on effective acquisition campaigns and initiatives
- Work on activation strategy to grow data and establish ongoing content plans, optimizing landing pages and customer journeys
- Own the retention, reengagement and referral strategy with a view to developing a highly engaged audience
- Continually track and analyse results with regular reporting to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate content for newsletters and other automations with Publishing editorial, Website Editors and Content Marketers.
- Recent experience in a CRM focused role
- Experience within ecommerce, entertainment, media, or similar industry is essential
- GooglyAnalytics is highly desirable
- Data focused and insight driven, with an understanding of how to continually refine campaigns
- Salesforce experience is desirable, but not essential
