Job Opportunity: Concierge
About the Role: Join our outstanding team as a Concierge, interacting daily with high-profile customers in one of London's prestigious residential garden squares. You'll be the first point of contact, representing our team.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide concierge services, including support for vulnerable adults.
- Communicate with customers about any issues.
- Build trust and capture customer feedback.
- Ensure maintenance tasks are completed to high standards.
- Conduct building inspections for safety and security.
- Manage gardens with the Garden Landscape team.
- Collaborate with Operations and other teams on sustainability goals.
- Shift Pattern: 7 days on, 3 days off; 5 days on, 1 day off; 3 days on, 2 days off.
- Hours: 8am – 6pm, including breaks.
- Experience in a high-end, customer-focused role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic maintenance knowledge.
- Team player.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
