THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading tech innovations company, who are seeking an HR administrator, on a temporary to permanent basis to join their London-based office.
THE ROLE:

THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading tech innovations company, who are seeking an HR administrator, on a temporary to permanent basis to join their London-based office.
THE ROLE:
- Manage HR queries across multiple comms channels and systems globally.
- Act as a superuser for all systems, developing knowledge through self-learning.
- Provide data support to colleagues and the People & Culture team.
- Oversee and manage the UK's absence processes, communicating proactively with Line Managers and colleagues.
- Offer 1st line HR support and engage with colleagues, focusing on process improvement and key projects.
- Proven experience in a busy HR role, managing stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of HR and/or business systems.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and initiative.
- Ability to build positive and effective relationships.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, with flexibility to travel to Manchester and Edinburgh if/when needed.
