Nicola has over 18 years recruitment experience, having started in internal recruitment and then switching to external recruitment. After a spell working in a boutique recruitment firm in Sydney, she returned home to Manchester to continue her recruitment career, then nearly 8 years ago joined Morgan Spencer and has never looked back!

Nicola specialises in office professionals to all different sectors, but has the most experience of recruiting for financial, insurance and legal firms. 

Nicola started at Morgan Spencer as a Consultant and is now a Managing Consultant with an exceptional team of Consultants and Assistants working alongside her.  Nicola gets great job satisfaction from working with her loyal client base and also seeking out new opportunities to work with new firms. Every day is a new and exciting day in recruitment and never a dull day!
