THE ROLE:
- Retrieving boxes, pick up confidential shredding sacks and deliver packages to departments and offices
- Collect and process outgoing mail
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
- General admin duties such as photocopying and filing
THE PERSON:
- Confident, hard-working and enthusiastic
- Able to carry heavy loads
- Strong communication skills
- Polite telephone manner with a helpful attitude
