THE ROLE:
- Support the governance lead in implementing processes and efficiencies
- Attending meetings and taking minutes as required
- Organising agendas and terms of reference
- Coordinating risk and issue reviews and updates
- Experience in a similar role within UK Retail Utillities / UK Smart Metering
- Well developed stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple committee meetings
- Experiece drafting meeting papers and technical meeting minutes
