The Role
As our Liaison Officer, you will play an essential role in supporting the Head of Legal Services and the team. You will:
- Coordinate team activities, meetings, and events, including booking meetings, preparing agendas, sending out papers, and taking minutes.
- Manage internal files and spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurately input, tracked, and analyzed.
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain smooth communication and produce detailed reports for internal and external use.
- Ensure the website pages remain up-to-date and relevant, including implementing necessary updates.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling ad hoc requests.
- Contribute to data reports, charts, and graphs that inform progress and compliance.
