The Role:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Schedule interviews, facilitate feedback sessions, and coordinate next steps with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding preparation as needed.

- Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or within an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Experience recruiting within [relevant industry, e.g., technology, SaaS]
