Business Centre Manager - Commercial Office Space
£40,000 + 25% bonus (£52k package) 
Basingstoke

A fantastic opportunity for a prove self-starter with strong business acumen to join a global Real Estate company, running the operations of one of their biggest sites.

You will play a pivotal part in business growth while ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients at all times, and any problems are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

The Role:
  • Responsible for the successful day-to-day management of your site/s, including all aspects of sales and operations, with an expectation to travel between sites as required.
  • Deliver and exceed the site's commercial targets and key metrics. Driving income, managing expenditure and achieving high-yielding NOI (Net Operating Income).
  • Line management responsibility of Assistant Business Centre Manager and Maintenance Operative.
  • Responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of your site/s
  • Drive revenue by delivering new sales and enhancing ancillary income streams
  • Ensure all customers’ needs are met through the customer journey and sales process
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with key partners, brokers, agents & local authorities
  • Supervision and communication of the maintenance, reception and administrative staff duties
  • Monthly invoicing, billing and cost analysis
  • Reviewing and managing your site/s P&L against budget and key objectives
  • Completion of all renewals and arrears within allocated timescales
  • Regular site audits with key stakeholders and daily inspections to maintain high standards
  • Ensure that all company procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Form collaborative relationships that can be developed into partnerships for new business
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to, including legislative compliance & best practices

Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Property industry
  • Line management experience
  • Able to build long-term relationships including networking, and liaising with partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage operations, finance and sales processes
  • Enthusiastic, professional and a proven self-starter who strives for exceptional standards
