THE COMPANY: Our client is a global digital company, who is seeking a People & Culture Administrator, based in their London office on a temporary to permanent basis.
THE ROLE:

THE COMPANY: Our client is a global digital company, who is seeking a People & Culture Administrator, based in their London office on a temporary to permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries, managing the HR inbox and multiple communication channels efficiently.
- Serve as a superuser for all HR systems, with a focus on self-learning and continuous knowledge development.
- Provide accurate data and support to colleagues and the People & Culture team as needed.
- Oversee UK absence processes, including maternity, paternity, and other leave types, while proactively supporting Line Managers and colleagues.
- Deliver first-line HR support while building strong relationships with colleagues and contributing to process improvements and key projects.
- Strong people skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to resolving issues while challenging the status quo with kindness.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced HR role, managing stakeholders and handling HR processes and systems with attention to detail and initiative.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and the ability to adapt to a rapidly growing business.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to other offices in Manchester and Edinburgh.
