THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading legal technology company, who are seeking Paralegal to join their London-based office, on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Provide legal support draft, review, manage contracts and handle supplier procurement.
- Manage legal administration, document organisation, internal approvals and administrative duties.
- Ensure compliance, develop, maintain, enforce legal policies and conduct legal research.
- Manage ESG efforts, report on ESG data, complete assessments, handle supplier reporting.
- Collaborate across teams, apply legal processes and support general contracting requests.
- Confident in representing the legal team.
- Manage tasks, meet deadlines and collaborate with teams.
- Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Balance legal and business considerations.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive.
