THE COMPANY: Our client is a property firm who are seeking an Office Manager
 to join their Cardiff based office on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:
  • Diary and inbox management
  • Stakeholder management including leading event planning
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees
  • Manage and set up meeting rooms
THE PERSON:
  • Experience working as an Office Manager
  • Proven experience in developing businesses processes
  • Experience organising and overseeing internal and external events
  • Manage information in a confidential manner
