The Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a focus on matching candidates to roles rather than sales. This is a non-sales role, centered on relationship-building and candidate care. As a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan Spencer, you will work closely with our valued clients and talented candidates to ensure perfect matches.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management.
Work on various office support roles and other professional placements, ensuring high-quality service and candidate experience.
About You
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally from an agency or in-house talent team.
Skilled in candidate management and client relationships, with a focus on office support roles.
Strong organisational skills and a commitment to excellent service.
Motivated by connecting the right candidates with the right roles without the pressure of sales.
