THE COMPANY: Our client is a tour operating specialist for holidays in Switzerland, who are seeking a Sales and Operations Agent / Travel Consultant to join their B2C team on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:

THE ROLE:
- Handling reservations and bookings from direct clients and travel agents, via telephone, email and booking engines
- Selling and upselling holiday packages and ad-hoc products, utilising customer service / sales skills to identify guests needs
- Booking flights and international rail
- Creating tailormade itineraries
- Previous experience in the travel industry in a sales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Multiple language skills is an advantage
- Knowledge of Switzerland is desirable
