Systems Accountant (Open Accounts system)

My client is a well-respected Design Firm Company based in central London. They are looking for an experienced and proactive Systems Accountant to join their team on a 3-month contract! You must have experience in using Open Accounts to apply for this role.

The ideal candidate should be a forward thinker, have strong experience in a similar role and want to further their career and be part of an exciting and interesting company. It isn't a necessity but would be prefered if you are either ACCA or AAT qualified.

The Role:
- You will be supporting the company in the transition to using Open Accounts system. So you must have a recent and strong understanding of Open Accounts
- Confident in training staff on Open Accounts and how it works
- Examine practices, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement
- A strong understanding of what Open Accounts can and can't do and make improvements to the process
- Work on spreadsheets and introduce new coding ideas
- Assess efficiency, recommend templates, optimize workflows, and implement internal controls
- Hybrid working- you only need to go into the office 1 day every other week rest of the time will be working from home
- Based in Central London
