THE COMPANY: Our client is a barrister’s chambers who are seeking a Finance Administrator to join on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Assisting with administration of barrister’s service charges and petty cash accounts
- Assisting with quarterly VAT returns
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
THE PERSON:
- Experience within a similar role, ideally within a legal environment
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Experience processing invoices and making payments
