Shannon joined Morgan Spencer in March 2015 as a Recruitment Assistant supporting a Managing Consultant on a 1:1 basis.  Shannon is highly networked within the London market, , both with candidates and clients alike.  

Shannon conducts competency style interviews with candidates to help them find their perfect role and strives to offer a consultative service to them from start to finish. 

Shannon liaises with clients on a daily basis to fill their temporary and contract recruitment needs. Her team works on both short and long term assignments and a lot of their temporary candidates are offered permanent roles - which Shannon is so proud of! 

Shannon was promoted to Recruitment Consultant in 2017, she is enthusiastic, has great attention to detail and is ever so keen to help clients and candidates alike.
