The Client:
My client is a Law firm, based in the City of London with offices in Kent, Brighton and Surrey where you would float across in your position. They are looking for a professional and dedicated Receptionist and Office Assistant to join their team permanently. The Role:
  • Meeting and greeting of clients and guests
  • Floating across the firm's 5 offices to cover holiday/ sickness and in busier periods on a permanent basis
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are kept tidy at all times of day
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Complete administrative tasks for the office
  • Will be based in the office 5 days per week
  • Coordination and logistics of room bookings and catering administration
  • They are looking for someone super bubbly, switched on, and personable
 
The Person:
To apply for this role, you must have at least 1 year of Reception or Admin experience, be used to working in a professional environment, and love the front-of-house role. Must be able to commute to all 5 offices and be able to drive to these offices due to where they are located. You will be well-presented, hardworking, proactive, and able to think on your feet.
