FOH Client Services - Property 
£26k + 15% bonus based on performance 

An excellent opportunity for a proactive candidate with the ability to multi-task and delivering 5 star client service. 

The client is a global Real Estate company with multiple commercial office spaces across the UK. You will support the Centre Manager in their Reading site. 

You will have proven experience ideally within a client-facing role and strong admin skills. 

The Role:
•         Welcoming visitors, offering refreshments and building rapport with guests 
•         Managing incoming mail; Inc. signing and managing deliveries
•         Manage Mailbox and Virtual office customers
•         Maintaining log of guests, contractors and attendees for fire log
•         Resolve any concerns or problems regarding the business centre experience, office set up and IT
•         Enhance the customer journey – build and strengthen rapport
•         Coordinate and organise customer engagement activities
•         Promote and encourage site networking and event participation
•         Identify opportunities to link customers and their businesses with one another
•         Manage relationships; encourage positive reviews and oversee complaints
•         Conducting viewings and sales
•         Encourage and promote ESG interactivity and engagement
•         Devise regular fun and engaging activities to hold within the Business Centre
•         Support social media activity – content, pictures & videos for followers
•         Answering and managing calls and enquiries

Essential requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills at all level
  • Problem solver by nature
  • Sales Experience
  • Good knowledge of use of IT
  • Use of Microsoft 365
  • Good telephone manner
  • Professional appearance and personality
  • Flexible
