Company Overview:
Our client, a prestigious law firm in the West End, is looking for a dedicated Corporate Legal Secretary to join their team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to support the Corporate team with administrative duties and be the first point of contact in their stunning offices.

Position Overview:
As a Corporate Legal Secretary, you will manage administrative tasks and provide comprehensive support to the Corporate team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an administrative workload efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support including file opening, telephone management, document production (including audio typing, managing voice recognition procedures, and outsourcing providers), filing/archiving, photocopying, email management, and handling post.
  • Correspond with clients via telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
  • Support business development and marketing activities, including booking facilities and refreshments, booking specialists, and preparing presentation materials.
  • Engage actively with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a Legal Secretary role within a Corporate department.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Confident, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet work demands.
The Person:
To apply for this role, you must have experience in a Legal Secretary role within a Corporate department and have great communication skills. You will be confident, hardworking, proactive, and self-motivated also looking to progress within a role.
