My client is an innovative Property company in central London are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a 3 month temporary contract with potential to be extended. This is a fantastic role.

Need to be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or part qualified and ideally experience within doing this role at a property company however this is not a necessity. Love working within a team and finishing projects in a timely manner. You must be a proactive and professional candidate.

The Role
- Hybrid working: 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home
- Must be availbale to start immediately
- Maintaining tight processes whilst being able to provide concise, accurate and timely financial reporting for the business
- Creating insightful financial analysis
- Reporting on complex accounting arrangements
- Liaising with your team to complete outstanding issues within projects.
- Resolving gaps within the service charge budgets, missing leasing information and reporting on outstanding rent reconciliations
- Providing ongoing support to improve on processes
