The role includes designing, implementing and maintaining competitive compensation, shares and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
The Role:
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies and structures
- Conducting market research to ensure that the organization's pay rates are competitive
- Managing the performance appraisal process and recommending salary increases or bonuses
- Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, death in service
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to compensation and benefits
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on pay and reward issues
- Management of relationship with German external payroll provider
Essential requirements:
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), may also be preferred.
- Experience of implementing a Employee Share Save Program
- International Experience working in UK as well as Germany
