Office/ Facilities Assistant
Salary: £15p/h
Temporary (6 weeks, could be longer)
Full time (5 days a week in the office)
The Client
My client is a well-respected law firm with an office based in the centre of Belfast and are looking for a confident Office/Facilities Assistant to join their team on a a six week temporary basis with potential to extend. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team and learn and absorb experience on a day-to-day basis.
The Role
- Being the first point of contact for requests made by the office
- Ordering stationery e.g. toner suppliers, ensuring printers are operating properly, pencils/pens, notebooks etc are well stocked
- Full-time Monday- Friday based in their office
- Coordination and set up of meeting rooms and catering set up
- Ensuring a smooth running of the office and reporting anything that needs to be fixed (e.g. lightbulbs or doors etc)
- Helping with health and safety requirements
- Client interaction and providing the top level of customer service at all times
The Person
To apply for this role you need to be confident, proactive, and professional. Facilities, Reception, or Office Assistant experience is needed to apply for this role. You will be well-presented, hardworking, proactive and able to think on your feet! You will be available to start work immediately too.
