Assistant Client Relationship Manager - Commercial Office Space
£35,000 + 10-15% bonus 
North London

A fantastic opportunity for a proven self-starter with strong business acumen and exceptional relationship building skills to join a global Real Estate company, supporting the Centre Manager with clients across three sites in North London.

You will play a pivotal part in business growth while ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients at all times, and any problems are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

The Role:
  • •       Enhance the entire customer journey – building and strengthen relationships
    •       Coordinate and organise customer engagement activities
    •       Promote and encourage site networking and event participation
    •       Identify opportunities to link customers and their businesses with one another
    •       Promote ‘refer a friend’ incentive
  • •       Ordering supplies for site events
    •       Manage supplementary recharging of ancillary services – meeting rooms, co-working etc.
    •       Manage relationships; encourage positive reviews and oversee complaints
  • •       Maintain the highest of professional standards
    •       Scheduling Contractors: Organise and coordinate schedules for contractors
    •       Daily review of cleaning and maintenance levels
    •       Oversee cleaning and maintenance operatives and contractors
  • •       Maintain the highest of professional standards

Essential requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client relationship focused role
  • Able to build long-term relationships including networking, and liaising with partners and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage operations, finance and sales processes
  • Enthusiastic, professional and a proven self-starter who strives for exceptional standards
