The Client
My client is a forward-thinking and widely recognised Property Company client based in Central London. They are looking for a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to the CFO to join their team! The Role
- Paying between £58K- £62K
- You will be working in their office 4 days per week and WFH 1 day per week, however you will need to be flexible on what day this is
- Inbox management
- Heavy diary management with meetings always changing
- Lots of travel arrangements
- A very involved role and you will be the main point of contact for all queries
- Preparing Itineraries and agendas for meetings and doing own research
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Board engagement on a daily basis
The Person
