Our client is a Professional Body is looking for a Professional Practices - Internal Auditor to support with developments supporting governance, risk management and internal auditing. THE ROLE
- Developing and implementing operational plans designed to meet Strategies and Business goals related to role.
- Writing and commissioning the production and distribution of technical guidance to members in a variety of formats
- Answering members’ individual technical queries as required. This includes technical Q&A feature for A&R magazine
- Maintaining high standards of content of technical guidance through the design and implementation of rigorous quality assurance procedures and performance measures
- Support and inform the syllabi for the qualifications/ certifications/ apprenticeships owned in relation to internal audit knowledge, skills and behaviours.
THE PERSON
- Qualified internal auditor CIA and CMIIA
- Internal audit experience, ideally 3 years experience in a similar role
- Drive and motivated, and able to work independently
- Commercial acumen to deliver financially viable products
- Experience in the development and delivery of training courses and syllabi
- Problem solver
- Understand the importance of education in shaping the lives of people
- Good IT proficiency
- Good communication and writing skills
